At ThirstyThread, we ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience across India. Below are the details of our shipping charges and policies:

Shipping Charges

• Orders between ₹1 – ₹499 → Shipping charge: ₹149
• Orders between ₹500 – ₹2,499 → Shipping charge: ₹75
• Orders above ₹2,500 → Free Shipping

📌 Note: The shipping charge is per order and not per garment.

Delivery Timeframe

We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery timelines may take Upto 5 - 8 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days if applicable.
