We at ThirstyThread value our customers and strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • All items must be in their original condition with price tags intact.
  • No exchanges are allowed for purchases made during the Sale Period.
  • No exchange is possible for Lingerie, Innerwear & Partywear (₹2,500 & above).
  • Any final decision regarding exchange rests with the ThirstyThread Online Team.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Ensure the garment is fresh and unused, with all original tags attached.

  2. Pack the item securely and mention the following details on the return courier cover:

    • Order ID (e.g., TTID#)
    • Registered Mobile Number

  3. Ship the product to the following address:

  4. Prior confirmation via Email/WhatsApp will help in the speedy issuance of a Gift Card for your exchange.

  • As a matter of policy, we do not encourage reselling. Our products are available only on our official website: www.thirstythread.com. We have not authorized any resellers.
