Returns
Eligibility for Return / Exchange
We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
The product received is damaged
The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days
Once approved, you will be guided to ship the item back to our warehouse
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
The product must be sent to the address we provide in the approval email
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
Exchange Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a replacement (if available) or provide store credit.
In case of unavailability, store credit equal to the product value will be issued for your next purchase.
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered (please refer to our size chart before purchasing)
Minor color differences due to screen/display variations
Sale/clearance items
Items returned without prior approval
